Sharing the Goods is a Ferncliff ministry that helps nonprofits and churches improve their facilities and reduce costs so they can focus more resources on their mission. Through this program, organizations can purchase quality products of all kinds at discounts averaging around 90 percent.
Ferncliff is a Community Redistribution Partner (CRP) for Good360, the nation’s leader in product philanthropy. As a CRP, Ferncliff is able to receive truckloads of product donations from companies like Home Depot, Pottery Barn, Grainger, Ferguson, Tempurpedic, and more. These products can then be shared with churches and nonprofits for pennies on the dollar.
Through this program Ferncliff recently received a number of Tempurpedic mattresses. An estimated 1500 people will use these mattresses at Ferncliff each year, and thousands more at five other nonprofits: Home for Healing in Little Rock, AR, Hamilton Haven Crisis Home in Prescott, AR, United Church of Christ Missouri Mid-South Conference/Shannondale in Salem, MO, Johnsonburg Camp & Retreat Center in Johnsonburg, NJ and Stronghold Camp and Retreat Center in Oregon, IL.
