From mid-May to mid-September our pool is a pretty busy place. Each day of camp hundreds of campers play and keep cool in one of the best summer camp pools in the country. That energy and fun continues through the weekend as we open this family-friendly facility to rental for birthday parties and other events.

Ferncliff’s pool pavilion has a large grill for cooking hamburgers and hot dogs, an enormous shaded area for sitting and visiting, and a food prep area with sink and refrigerator.

Our pool has a beach entry for easy accessibility that’s great for young kiddos. To keep everyone entertained we have lots of unique play features like a mushroom waterfall, basketball hoop and shallow water bubblers.

Time Slots

10:00am – 12:00pm, 1:00 – 3:00 pm, 4:00pm – 6:00 pm, 7:00pm – 9:00 pm

Dates Pool parties can be booked for Saturdays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. (Pool Parties are not booked on the last Saturday of each month.)

Cost

Groups up to 40 people:$395
Groups 41-55 people: $495
Groups larger than 55 people: Contact us for pricing.

All prices are for each 2 hour period.

Pool parties must be paid at the time of reservation.

Additional Rental Information:

The pool is located at Ferncliff 1720 Ferncliff Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223. When you enter the property drive past the Welcome Center (up the hill). The pool drive is on the right past the Christian Activity Building.
Pool gate will open at the time your pool party is scheduled for guests.
Pricing for the pool is based on the number of people on site (i.e., the number of people who walk in the gate). It does not relate to the number of people swimming.
If you decorate, you must remove all decorations prior to the end of the party. (You may arrive 15 minutes prior to reservation time to set-up and decorate. No exceptions.)
Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the pool or on the deck.
Glow sticks are not allowed in the pool.
Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool.
Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
No animals allowed.
No glass in the pool or on the deck.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: all funds returned minus $35 processing fee

Inclement Weather Policy:

If your event is canceled due to lightning, thunder or other weather conditions that are deemed unsafe by our staff or lifeguards before your event has reached the halfway point of your reservation, you may reschedule your event for another available time within the season (May 15-Sept. 15) without forfeiting any payments; Or you may apply the payment to another Ferncliff event (camp, party, etc.) on the same account taking place within 90 days of the inclement weather cancellation.

Staff/Lifeguards:

For each event Ferncliff will provide the appropriate number of staff including certified lifeguard(s). Please contact Ferncliff for details.

Adult to Child Guest Requirements:

We require a minimum of 1 adult guest for every 8 children guest

Maximum Pool Occupancy: 50 guests

Available with Reservation: grill, refrigerator/freezer, sink, plastic folding table for serving food, picnic tables in covered area, various deck chairs, pool noodles and assorted pool toys, pool basketball.
