Step 1: Make a Ferncliff Account

If you have a Ferncliff account from previous events, use the same username/password to log in. If not, choose “NEW USER.” Choose “Individual/Family” for your account type.

• For parents registering their children for Bible Boot Camp, choose “Individual/Family” for your account type.
• For Children’s Ministry Directors or Church Staff registering children from the church for Bible Boot Camp, choose “Corporate/Group.”

Fill out your preferred contact information, including the email and password you’d like to use to log in.

 

Step 2: Add your campers

On the home page of your Ferncliff account, add all your Bible Boot Campers to your account. Under “Account Members” choose “ADD PERSON.” You will need each camper’s:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Birthday
• Grade

Once you’ve entered your camper’s information, make sure to hit “SAVE” at the bottom of the page. After you hit SAVE, it will ask, “Begin registration for camper?” Choose “NOT NOW.” Return to the home page and repeat for all your Bible Boot Campers, including adult participants.

Once you’ve made your account, come back here and click this link to access registration for Spring 2026 Bible Boot Camp Link.

Bible Boot Camp is a program of the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church Children’s Ministry, so registration is only accessible through this link, rather than open to the general public.

Step 3: Complete Registration Forms

Following the access link, you’ll be taken to the Bible Boot Camp Registration homepage. Click on the orange “REGISTER” button to begin.

Then select an individual to register first.

Complete the form with all the required information. At the bottom, use the electronic signature to sign.

Church Staff are welcome to sign on behalf of parents who have given permission for their camper to attend.

 

 

Optional Step 4: Add Additional Folks

Once you’ve registered your camper, you’ll be directed to your “Cart.” If you would like to register additional campers before checking out, use this link again to return to the Bible Boot Camp homepage:

This will allow you to choose the next individual to register. You will need to use this link each time in order to access registration for Bible Boot Camp.

 

Step 5: Pay Required Fees

When you’ve added all your campers, choose “Proceed to Payment” in order to finalize your registration. You’ll receive an email confirmation afterwards and you’ll be… ALL SET & READY for Bible Boot Camp 2026!
