Volunteer at Ferncliff
Ferncliff is blessed with strong volunteer support! In 2022 we had thousands of hours of volunteer support, from the “Over the Hill Gang” construction crew, to women’s groups inspecting kits in the Disaster Assistance Center, to folks who came to help us run events, and much more! Ferncliff welcomes volunteer help of all kinds. Bring a Mission Team to Ferncliff
Our Mission Team program gives teams a variety of outreach experiences, on site at Ferncliff or in the Central Arkansas area! Ferncliff is known for its commitment to mission, sustainability and creative programming. We are home to the 10,000 sq. ft. Disaster Assistance Center, which is operated through a partnership with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and Church World Service. Teams will work on service projects throughout their stay, as well as experience all the fun that comes along with staying at a seriously cool camp! Groups of various sizes, ages, abilities, and experiences welcome!

Serve as a Volunteer Host
Do you have a flexible schedule? You might make a great Volunteer Host! Stay at Ferncliff for a month or two and help us keep up the warm hospitality our conference facility is known for! Give tours, greet groups, help with light maintenance or landscaping or organizing. We will work with you to use your skills, interests, and talents to contribute to the work of Ferncliff.

Become a Friend of Ferncliff
Friends of Ferncliff is a group of people who support the mission of Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center through a semi-annual contribution, prayer, and sharing. This group of sustainers is a key part in supporting the various ministries and programs at Ferncliff.
Friends of Ferncliff agree to:
- Respond to requests for financial support twice per year at a minimum of $50.
- Pray for the staff, campers, and guests of Ferncliff.
- Share with your church and friend about the ministry and resources available through Ferncliff.
- Look for opportunities to volunteer your services
