Ferncliff Nature School is a nature preschool program for children ages 3-5 years old. The program is designed for young learners and our staff maintains a ratio of 1 teacher per 6 children.

Ferncliff 10th Annual Hike-A-Thon
Saturday, April 25th 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM This year is extra special as we welcome alumni, families, and friends to celebrate a decade of nature-based learning. We're hiking to build the Ferncliff Nature School Scholarship Fund, ensuring nature-based learning remains accessible to all children.

Wildcraft Homeschool Day Program
Wildcraft Homeschool Day Program is a progressive skills curriculum led by our Nature School staff, where kids will learn bushcraft and nature-based skills by going through the 5 learning objectives:
- Woodcraft
- Shelter building
- Fire Making
- Flora/Fauna
- Rope
Preschool Naturally Campference
An outdoor & nature-based learning campference. This two-day event for preschool educators will be a chance to dig deep into practice through theory and hands-on workshops. Workshops will be led by Dr. Rachel Larimore of Samara Early Learning and Ferncliff Nature Preschool staff.

Wild Passport Training
This is a 4 day all-inclusive training for outdoor educators who run after-school programs, forest schools, camp programs, and more. We will cover 5 areas of woodland-based skills in an outdoor learning environment.
