Perseverance. In A Day in the Life, Caring for the Earth, Nature Pre School Posted March 4, 2020

Perseverance.

It is an exciting time at the Ferncliff Nature School as we transition to spring. It is also a time to look back and reflect on the month and season we left behind. If we had to pick one word to sum up our ducky winter it would be “perseverance”. It took many forms, staying out longer in the cold, making it to the top of Luke Mountain and even starting a fire, we saw perseverance about. Other exciting February highlights include: welcoming Mr. Josh, new bigger boundaries including a fallen tree which has become our spaceship, and tool reintroduction with Ferro rods. Now that we’ve looked back we can look forward to what spring brings: new life, new play spaces and new discoveries.
