Winter has turned to spring here at Ferncliff and it is fantastic. The birds and frogs are singing, the nature preschool children are laughing and playing in the forest and you can hear the chatter of retreat guests. It’s fantastic!

In a recent article shared by Arkansas Business they report the pandemic has put 1 in 3 nonprofits in jeopardy. While we have had our challenges this past year, we are extremely fortunate. We obviously don’t know what the future holds, but we are confident. Our supporters are strong and our staff resilient.

We will continue to work with our Board and supporters to make wise financial decisions, but for the moment we are going to focus on the now.  950+ meals were prepared and served last week, the Nature Preschool children are playing and exploring, the Easter in a Basket shipments are being assembled, the team is working hard in the DAC, spring planting for the garden is underway and we are working on upcoming summer camps, weddings and conferences. Ferncliff is full of life, joy and activity.
