In Posted As Director of Maintenance, Dylan is responsible for the upkeep of all buildings and outdoor spaces at Ferncliff. He has nearly a decade of diverse experience as a facilities professional. Dylan believes that taking care of natural and built environments fosters a sense of belonging for the people who spend time in them. He is honored to steward the Ferncliff grounds so that visitors can find sanctuary here for generations to come.
Dylan is passionate about investing in his community. He moved to Little Rock in 2017 to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA, an experience that imbued him with a heart for service. He serves on the Community Housing Advisory Board for the City of Little Rock, volunteers at local non-profits, and works on maintenance projects at his church. His hobbies include cooking, DIY projects, candle making, and playing tabletop games. He cherishes spending time being a silly heart with his wife, two young children, and the family pets.
