In the spring of 2026, Arkansas native Aaron Warren stepped into the role of Director of
Food Service at Ferncliff. He is bringing more than 20 years of food service experience
and a passion for hospitality. He holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from American
Military University. Aaron’s career in hospitality has included serving as a food service
director in K–12 student nutrition. He also served seven years in the U.S. Army as a
Culinary Specialist, earning many awards and recognitions. Known for putting people first,
he prioritizes quality nutrition and meaningful experiences. He believes food should do
more than fuel the body; it should create joy, build community, and support learning.
Aaron is excited to impact lives through nutritious meals, lasting memories, and
food that connects with camp experiences. Above all, he treasures time with his wife,
Tracy, and their four children. When he is not working, enjoys exercising, throwing darts,
and playing games with his family.
