Camp COVID-19 Policies

What are your policies around communicable diseases like COVID-19 at camp?
Campers will undergo a health screening upon arrival at camp, and camp staff will be monitoring campers throughout the week. If any child comes down with a contagious or infectious illness or is unable to participate in the typical routine of camp, they will be isolated and their parent or caregiver will be notified and asked to pick them up. Children with a fever of 100.4 or greater will not be allowed to attend camp. Campers who are unable to attend camp due to illness or information gathered during health screenings will not be granted refunds for camp.

Additional policies may be required depending on the community transmission level during the camp sessions. If additional policies or procedures are put into place, we will contact camper families promptly.

Quick Sheet relating to campers with symptoms or positive cases of COVID-19

These policies and procedures related to COVID-19 are subject to change given the changing nature of the pandemic. We are following and will continue to follow guidance and directives from the Arkansas Department of Health. As updates and new information are released, we will keep updated information about our policies and what this will look like at camp here. This page last updated 2.8.23.
